They have zero knowledge about customer service they dont pay attention to the customers order.. u ask for ginger tea they will give u cardamom tea ...u ask for cardamom tea they will serve you ginger tea...this happened with me all the time now I finally gave up

Tea is very good for which chaayos is know for and should either maintene or improve more in their tea quality. Not all snacks taste good but majority of them does taste nice.
