First worst experience I have ever had with this travel. While travelling from Goa to Bombay they have Changed three travels. Delayed by six hrs. We took tickets paying 3000 ₹ each and booked AC sleeper seats but journey ended with force tempo traveller. This company is not committed to their customers and is a fraud one. Truly frustrating journey.

Very very pathetic service..plz don't book even in emergency....they will give assurance for time but they never do that. My bus was 10 hours late and all passengers have to get down on hill area so that bus can climb

This bus actually requires a rating of zero.nThe bus took a much longer route for Mumbai. After few kilometers of traveling the bus broke down (brakes not working in the ghats) at midnight. There was no communication from the driver. Later, we had to book a taxi from Ratnagiri to pick us from our location which was 90kms away from there . Nothing was refunded to us.nPlz don't book this bus. It was a horrible experience.

This is the worst travel company I have seen ever. I booked tickets from Goa to Mumbai ac sleeper. But they sent local travel for pickup and said you will transferred to sleeper in 10 min but it took 1hr. that bus was also not good.moreover instead of taking through Mumbai-goa they took us via pune. In Pune, they again changed our bus and sent us in normal tempo Traveller to Mumbai. As a proof I am attaching photo of my booking.

Do not go through this bus service as our bus caught fire and driver ran away without informing passangers. We have already launched complaint with goa police but it seems like it's of no use. This guys are not even answering any calls. Don't go if you really love your life.
