The food is delicious, great service and awesome decoration. The restaurant is located inside the Grand Hyatt hotel, so it will still have that corporate vibe when going in. Totally worth a visit .nnChulha at grand Hyatt Goa is one of the best restaurants if you want to have authentic Indian food. We really loved everything . But our overall experience was amazing. This place is a must visit for all the Indian Cusine Lovers♥ufe0f

Chulha is one restaurant which one must vist whether they are on vacation in Goa or you are just a local. It has a great variety of foods to choose from in Indian cuisine. They have both alcoholic and non-alcholic beverages so everyone feels included. We ordered the Achari Paneer Tikka which was absolutely delicious. The texture of the paneer was very creamy and the the marinade which coated it had a nice balance of spice and tang which we loved. We also ordered the Lasooni fish Tikka and Chicken 65. The fish was nice and juicy with a nice garlicky flavour. It paired well with the mint chutney provided and some lime juice. The chicken 65 was nice and spicy and the onions which came along with it were a lovely combination. To end our meal we ordered the Rasmalai. The saffron milk in which the malais were dipped in was just the right amount of sweet. The ambience of the place compliments the overall experience. We enjoyed our visit to Chulha and we plan on visiting again soon.
