Had given my expensive saree for ironing and found it torn . Had specifically told them that it is expensive and to handle it with care. When I showed the manager, the torn portion, he said that he will give it for rafu/ darning to one of his tailors and kept the saree with them for more than two weeks. I had to keep on calling and asking whether the work is done during this time as there was no call from them. When I went to the shop for the saree , I noticed a bright red mark and black spots on the saree. After arguing with them they said they will give it for stain removal. It's been 3 weeks still it is not done. Please don't give your clothes to the Mapusa Branch at least as I have a terrible experience with them, also I suspect that they wear the clothes given to them cause the red stain and black spots just won't appear and also the saree looked a little dull as if washed in a washing machine to remove the stains.

Really amazed with the services...gave clothes for dry cleaning on urgent basis during GOA trip for new year celebrations. cant imagine they return clothes even before the time committed as well as the response of the staffs there is just outstanding.

Gave my clothes for the first time, I am really hoping my clothes will come out better than the attitude of the girl Arishya who is at the counter. She made me wait for 10 minutes to just count the number of clothes and she counted my clothes (a woman’s clothes) under men’s category and had the audacity to tell me that I can take my clothes back as she doesn’t want to take care of it. Instead of apologising for the error she has much of ego and this was my first time. I really hope she gets my laundry clean. For a bill of 5000 this is the service I get??!! Never coming back after this lot.....
