Sharing my personal experience!nMy father wasn't keeping well. So, one of My friend suggested Dr. Dias from Remanso hospital. We took an appointment, visited doctor. He suggested some tests and asked us to visit again by next week. We did all the needful tests and post that we tried taking an appointment on given number 776904**56. Trust me guys, its been more than 2 weeks since then. Lady who spoke over the call was often found rude with zero atticates. I explained my father's criticality, but had hopeless response. That lady acts as if she is the doctor. God bless such hospital.nWon't recommend this hospital to anyone. Honestly, they don't care about patients.

Car park available, known as a great maternity hospital. Best part is patients get meals.

There was a time when Remanso was the hospital where everyone in the Bardez area of Goa rushed to, in case of an emergency. It is run by an order of Catholic nuns, and has been for some decades now, though I know that it was founded by a doctor from Moiras (Correias, if I'm not wrong).nnLike other Catholic-run hospitals, this one tends to be reasonably priced. They won't cut you up just for the sake of heightening their profits. In terms of infrastructure, it used to be stretched some time ago, but that might be getting better in recent times. Now too, there are other (many other) options for health-care around the Mapusa and Bardez area.nnI've been here as a relative of some patients, and really appreciate the service given by this institution, its founders, and the nuns running it now to a significant area of Goa -- without distinctions of religion, creed, caste ... and that too, fairly affordably. The prominent politician-surgeon Dr Wilfred de Souza operated from here for many years, after he was edged out of the Asilo hospital due to the Goa-style politics of the 1960s.
