Their inexperienced workers don't know how to work on premium vehicles and damaged the allen bolts on the front seat base of my brand new Polo by improperly fitting them after a floor lamination job and didn't even take much effort to get them loose. The staff at the store showed a callous attitude when I reported the problem. Looks like they are capable of working only on basic vehicles.
