Terrible experience, Zero cleanliness AC not working, Bathroom flush not working.Dirty floors/dusty rooms (black ants everywhere) No drinking water forget getting glasses/plates Basically I will never recommend this place.Pool not maintained toonStaff is not bothered. This place is not at all pleasing in any manner.

This place deserves no stars. Horrible service. No cleanliness maintained. Nothing called as sanitization. Extra charges were asked for cleaning the rooms. Do not go to this place.

First of all, please don't fall prey by looking at just the positive reviews as they might all be given by the owner and their relatives or friends. Please look at the negative reviews as well, as they might be given by honest reviewers who stayed there.nWe stayed there for 3 days with friends and family.I believe sharing my experience will help people make best decision on choosing the hotel.nOne of the BELOW PAR Hotel at the price quoted. We stayed there for two days. On the second day we saw , some unruly , mannerless people drinking in open ground spoiling the ambience of the hotel. A big NO if you are looking for a calm and clean place. Even the bathroom lock was not working and we had to shift because of the same. I would not recommend the hotel based on AMBIENCE & CLEANLINESS.nnThe owner was nice & friendly. But we don't pay for just friendliness. We expect quality stay as well for the bucks we shell out.

This place is at walkable distance from Anjuna beach. Room was excellent. Friendly staff. Mr.Jatin on the reception was very helpful. They helped me arrange a surprise bday cake. Felt like family. Thank you

Book online when i got there he got the entry done in their register and then i got to know that he had already given my room to someone else. It was 1st of January. Then he showed some pretty bad room without ac and said ill have to adjust with this as i wont get any refund. When i called customer care he even lied to them and said he was offering me a room on the third floor and I refused. Scammers. Not worth risking your money. Very bad ill-mannered staff.
