This is a great Venue for parties and weddings, but the front desk staff at the hotel itself were not to helpful and neither really nice. They fluctuating the price on the rooms where we were staying for few nights. One day I went to take a bath and no water without a notification. Not to mentioned last day, We didn’t have bottles of water in the room because they had forgotten to supply us with water the day before and I was very thirsty so I nicely ask for a bottle of water to one of the maintenance person. They denied and also the supervisor was on the hallway and yielded at me.nAs I mentioned it before I do recommend it as for a wedding venue since there are two different departments: The planning for wedding / Food and the Hotel staff work independently

The hotel is good. My stay was also comfortable. I still give only 2 stars only for the staff at the reception not being warm and welcoming. Everything can be overlooked but not the ignorance. They were less considerate, also ignorant towards one standing in front of them with a query, pretending to be busy on a call. Also the Swimming pool could be maintained better and not left dirty.

Amazing hotel with reasonable rates. Rooms are spacious. Car parking available in hotel campus. Hotel rear gate open to Calangute beach. Reasonable food rate. Good quality complementary breakfast. Staffs are good and fast service.

Came here for a wedding was organised well. The venue is facing the beach which one of the best perks. On the downside the music and bar shuts at 11pm.

Biggest pro is vicinity to beach, just 100 meters from room. Staff is good, only con is food. Buffet breakfast menu needs improvement.
