We booked this resort but regret it lately.nnPathetic resort.nRooms are average.nA.c is not working.nLifts are mostly under maintenance.nFood quality is also not up to the mark.nMajor drawback is their GM ( Mr. Luellyn D'souza )nHis attitude towards the guests , towards the complaints we have made was very arrogant and very egoistic.nnWill recommend not to book this resort , specifically if you want to enjoy your Goa Trip.

So far nice hotel. But service and buffet isn’t well. I have given 3 star because of location.

We did not like the services at all, were not getting a proper response from the hotel team. The food quality was extremely poor, rooms were very dirty even after informing the Hotel team about the same issues that we faced with Food, house keeping and AC no one took any action on it. Over all we were very disappointed from the hotel's services.
