I am giving these 2 stars just because of there food. There food is good and tasty. But the rooms are a whole different story. Like the bathroom did not have a hook to hang clothes on which is quite ridiculous and the bed-sheet was burned from one end. In my opinion is is a good place to go for one night thats all really.

Cheaters they are! Apart from poor hospitality I got cheated, when they refused to provide me reward points for my stay in the hotel. Never again! They make you wait for so long for the check in, imagine if you have travelled for long and you want the room keys asap. Not recommended at all.nPost the reply from the hotel: if you sincerely feel the need for an apology and not merely a lip service, help me get the reward points.

We had a five day stay here in mid Jan. The in-room services was very nice, I haven’t clicked pictures inside the room, the outside was amazing the poolside is great but, if you are getting a room in the ground floor make sure that it does not face one of the trees else, there will be a lot of mosquitoes. Initially they had given us a room that had some of the trees right outside and we had requested them to change it so they did in the morning and shifted us to the first floor. As far as room service is concerned they would give a fresh dental kit and bathing kit each day but it’s small, however you can always ask for more. Every morning we will get a complimentary buffet breakfast which is good and tasty and with a variety of food options available. In room dining was also good we had ordered twice and it’s not that costly compare to the food we eat outside in restaurants it was pretty reasonable. You will get full Goan vibes as you enter, i enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent soup. Certain food items r good.spacious .well maintained pool ..but mosquitoes...towards the inside. Connectivity to beach is not convenient..nBut great shopping n food night life

I mean honestly I had very high expectations and I felt it could not live up to the same. However it is a very cosy place and the vibe is friendly and relaxed. Having said the above, the hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Eagerly Looking forward to our next visit.
