Staff behaviour :nWe are staying here since10 days,nOne of the quality i liked is of the staffing behaviour.. which is generous and courteous..nQuite professional and also very customer friendly...nnLocation :nwe liked the place .. almost all Room having the beach viewnwe planning to extend for next 14 days here. Just few steps walking to beach surrounded by hills and make you feel very near to dear mother nature..nnFood:nGood quality is fine.. prices are quite economical serving size is good.nAnd taste is alright.nnRoomsnRooms are good & spacious..all rooms have balcony to sit and enjoy the sea view.

One of the only such resorts, up north in Mandrem. Food is alright, staff is fantastic and helpful. Popular with tourists from North India. Noisy place with music throughout. So if you want a quiet, peaceful holiday in Goa, this isn't it. But works if you are looking to party with a view of the sea etc. Mandrem Beach out front is quiet and amazing for kids. Lots of space to play. Pool is small but adequate. Breakfast spread is unbelievable, there's so much choice. Recommended. Kitchen is open till late, room service is mostly quick and immediate. Regular rooms are kind of cramped, but enough for a few days. If traveling with kids, opt for a larger room.

It was my second visit in Riva beach resort and it was amazing as always.The food was delicious the ambience is excellent. I'd recommend it to everyone whoever are travelling in North Goa must visit this resort. The staff is very friendly, polite and very helpful. Especially Suteja, thank you so much for your hospitality. Hoping to come back there soon.

Good resort with amazing private beach... They can still improve many things on the run. Staff is good but room service and housekeeping services is not good as per hotels other staffs are. They can easily manage to add one more star for the property but somehow due to some staff its not working at its full potential. I am really looking forward to see this resort in 4 start catagory.

Beautiful property but needs a bit of maintenance. Whatever was lacking was done the moment we requested. The staff is amazing. They go an extra step to keep you as a happy and satisfied guest. The private beach is too clean and the main attraction for this resort. Avoid Sundays as they have parties, too crowded and loude for who need peace.
