This was such a great stay for me! The property is aesthetic and a beauty to look at as well as living there is an experience in itself. The hosts make you feel just at home with all the little things they do each time to make it special for you. The rooms are well maintained and the balconies have over looking lush trees. Its a calm space. The food , the people , the artsy place it is , Amrut Villa has my heart. And special mention to the host Simi whose a young girl full of life and lets you to best places in goa and the conversations with her you will cherish for long.

Lovely villa with warm and friendly hosts .nThe young host Simi was very sweet, informative and helped us with other related information.nThe staff was well mannered and friendly .nThe breakfast had variety and was tasty .nThe quiet surroundings were apt for us friends .

It’s a beautiful living space, which is situated in a valley. It is a well designed home with some great collections put together by the owner. It has the feeling of a small and cozy home but it is quite big. The host (Simi) was very well coming. My only negative points would be that the 2nd floor was not getting a strong wifi signal and that the living area in the lower most floor did not have enough fans. If you come here with friends and to enjoy yourself then you would not require the internet and you would not be bothered too much by the humidity. I do recommend you go here to enjoy yourself and relax.

Most exquisite place to stay in Goa, do not miss the breakfast, it's one of the best I have had, family is full of artists and you can see beauty everywhere in their place, Nitin delights you with great conversation and Simi was extremely helpful and gave us some great suggestions, and Sherry their dog was so much fun to play with, can't wait to come back here soon

I have been traveling Goa almost every year last decade and this was one of my most beautiful Villa I stayed in. Our host Nitin uncle and Simi has been really helpful to tell us about almost everything in Goa - scenic walk just behind the villa (can't picture anything that perfect), local new places to visit, great food joints and what not. Big hearted aunty gave us a parting gift - few plants which is now at our home in Blr, as token f love. More than anything, this is an artist retreat villa, damn ya, you get to see lot f colorful eye-catching paintings made my them and also artist who have come and stayed with them. Food was good, rooms were just designed by Mr Nitin himself and is a masterpiece. Very well maintained. Oh how can I forget the terrace. Starry gazy nights with some beautiful lights, deck and the garden.nnAll in all - Villa worth every penny. Wishing them all the success and love and will visit soon again!
