Awesome experience, awesome service. I was there for 4 days. It's present in a prime location, from where all best beaches, clubs are just minutes away. Can't give 5 star because reception took a lot of time to send water bottles on daily basis. Would definitely recommend to stay here, as hammerss(club) is at walking distance. Although, their own restaurant is average, not much variety in breakfast buffet.

I had stayed at 1BR. Its spacious. Just one thing don't like that i was with my little girl so must have to clean room on 2nd day but reception girl told me they clean rooms on alternate days. After request also no one came to clean. Otherwise like the hotel except that issue.

Its a good looking space. The room that I was allotted had 2 balconies. 1 in the hall and 1 in the room.nnWashroom didn't have proper ventilation facility so I had to remove the glass slab for ventilation.nnWife at the resort was slow. So I had to use my own data for working and attending my classes.nnThe weather is good around here as there is nature around this place.nnThere's a place outside the resort called the baga creek where you can do kayaking and it looks beautiful early in the morning with the mist on top of the creek.

Great service and friendly staff. Restaurant boasted good food but at a slightly steep price, however considering the location is perfect. Beautiful pool and a range of accessories to pass the time like table tennis, carom and pool.

This hotel was built in 1993 and it is the first branch for Karma group. Tough it is 30 years old it still holds good ambience. Scenery from the top floor is awesome. As part of promotion of their brand we were invited to visit and they explained way too many details of advantages of having membership in their group.nnComing to reviewnnLocation is great near baga beach, nice ambiance and has 2 swimming pools.
