On 10 April 2021 when strike happened I request refund using your app. It’s almost 50 days now no refund till now. It’s very sad to say that you guys are not helping me to resolve this issue. Trying the customer care number is hectic. In last 50 days I tried calling but unfortunately I was able to connect only twice. I received vague reply that finance team is impacted due to Covid. This is not professional and logical. I need my money back. Please improve your customer care service. People please do not use this app because your refund wouldn’t be processed automatically.

Can't give 0 stars... it dint worked for us... we downloaded the app and there was no availability... That app asks for deposit too.. Please make it useful app to use like Ola and uber ... So that ppl can use it...

Goa miles is a big blessings for tourists coming to Goa..all their vehicles are sanitised and clean...Affordibility is the key to travel in Goa and goamiles is that key to explore goa safely. HIGHLY recommended to travel with them.

Goa local cabs are very expensive and they don’t have Autos and metro’s do travelling can be a task specially from the airport/bustand or railway station to your hotel as you cannot take your your bags and hop on a scootie.nGoa miles is a Taxi App which you should download before hand,it’s almost half price as the regular cab you will get .They pick you from the airport to your hotel.nI wanted to go to Panjim from our hotel which was at Candolim which is like an half an hour long drive ,here I got it for ₹392/- ,outside it was starting from ₹900/- onwards
