My parcel was with them for daysnThey did not call did not delivernI had no number to contact the branchnHad to search numbernCalled they made me come to their office for parcelnI wentnThey were unable to find my parcel they took 2 hours to locate itnIt was present in their office desknAnd told that it was there for daysnI think I can't find a worse courier service than thisnAlso note their website has no tracking informationnThe number on website doesn't worknThe number in tracking detailsnDoesn't respond or give answers to the querynI would rather go and get a parcel from seller than get it from shree nandan courier service
