Bakwash material and bakwash service. I purchased 10 box white tiles, cost is 44 rupees per feet, all 10 box material surface uneven, informed coustmer care every day two times since last 04 days but No result. Costmer care no per last 04 days thi gumave se.

The large format tiles are very deformed and because of the rectified edges makes installation very difficult, the edges Arny cut very clean so if you have a light colour tile with a dark grout it really shows. Overall a very poor product compared to other on the market
