Price is too much while the quality of service is good but the service time is long though there is urgent delivery facility in case of emergency. Only good for expensive goods.

Spoilt my really expensive dress. Had given it for steam iron and they burnt the collar, then replaced the collar without my permission. My dress is now unbearable. Also don't deliver on time. Lie about home delivery. And then ask me to come and identify my clothes. Apparently they had misplaced the label. Is this a laundry service or a dhobi ghat? Very very poor. Hate it.
