Young and dynamic. Besides that he is very intellectual and always ready whenever and wherever is required his presence at the time of selection of building materials or at construction sites. Moreover, he is very humble and loves his profession very much.nHe never made a messy face while repeatedly raising any issues related to map or any interior designs such as structural, false ceiling as well as others. I like few things about him which makes him different than others..1) He never tried to demolish any wall / or any thing which leads to wastage of money which is usually done by majority of architects after building get ready for plaster / paint work..2) never forced to buy any building material from any particular shop which usually gives the impression that commission is being taken up by him. Yes, one thing which sometimes makes a person scratch his head as he prefers to use extra steel work while constructing the buildings.nnOverall he is a wonderful and awesome guy.nDr Ashwani Mittal C118 Jindal City, KKR
