Dell Exclusive Store - Kurukshetra

This store is fake cos 1- they provide duplicate charger 2-chrge 150 Extra in the name of GST on electronic item.3-gave me chalaan recipt by saying system is not working thats why they can't give orgnl bill right now and this is the hand made bill which was later found as chalaan recipt by my known at home. Nd aftr 2 wks chrger stop working and whn i went to store for replacement as they said chrger is under gurantee for 3 months..they denied to replace.. SO THIS is FAKE STORE PLZ PROTECT YOURSELF FROM GET CHEATED by this store!

Service was good. Though, I would strongly suggest you to do not go with dell laptop as they has heavy inbuilt software and will definitely make your laptop slow. However, if you still want to purchase dell then go with SSD drive. It will ease your experience. (Can cost you bit extra).

I gave my laptop to Aggarwal Computers on Wednesday, 14 October, 2020. They took my charger as well. And told me that the laptop will be sent to Dell service center in Chandigarh for repair for which charges will be rs 3000- rs. 3500. They asked me to collect the laptop and charger on Monday, 19 October, 2020. To my horror, when I reached there on Monday, 19th October to collect my laptop and charger, they completely denied taking my charger. I asked them to check their cctv footage, but the manager started shouting at me and my daughter. I'm a 75 year old man. He shouted at us violently and started harassing us. He started threatening us that if we demand our charger then consequences will be bad for us. We got really terrified and tried to record the harassment on phone.nWhen I told him I will report him if he continues to threaten us and harass us, he agreed to show us cctv footage but continued shouting. Cctv footage showed clearly that they took my charger from me. It was clearly visible in the footage that they took the charger and never gave it back to me.nnThen they said they misplaced my charger and can’t give it back to me and threatened me that consequences will be bad for us.nAlso, they didn't do any service for my laptop and told me that the laptop is dead. He even extorted rs 400 from us saying that we will have to pay it. He tried to gave me an old charger but I refused as my original charger was new which they lost. Aggarwal computers refused to give my original charger back.nWe are really shocked with this behaviour at dell. Today I even called up at Dell authorised centers in chandigarh and they told us that they never received my laptop for repair. Dell informed us that Aggarwal computers is fraud and not an authorised service center. They claim to be authorised but they are not.
