I got my Keratin Treatment from Matrix which turned out to be a really bad experience and they charged a lot for it. Also asked to pay separately for the hair wash after two days which is generally included in the treatment itself.nEven if it’s not, saloon should inform their customers prior. Very unsatisfied!nCustomer satisfaction is not at all important to them which is bad for customer retention.

The staff is not as much trained and the owner is not ready to accept any feedback. There are multiple places in the city which offer similar or may be better services for a lower price. Don't waste your money here.
