Highly recommend this agency. The two gentlemen are very friendly and knowledgeable. I booked a train ticket and they gave me all necessary information regarding other related transport and created my complete itinerary. Also booked a Volvo bus from Dharamsala to Manali. They charged commission 150 for train and 100 for bus which is more than fair. Pricing was transparent and booking with me together on their phones. Immediate issue of reservation (tickets) by email, SMS and paper.
