I'm from USA and FedEx has a great reputation there.nnHere it is worse than ridiculous!!!nnEveryone we had contact with was rude.nnThey tried to blame their delivery failure on us giving a faulty address.nnThey want us to pick up but then claim they have no location in Dharmashala or KangrannVery Bad Service - Do not use these people unless you want a headache.

Horrible people incharge. Unresponsive and don't deliver to places within the city at all. Rather ask to collect at their place!nnPlease don't waste your time with this courier outlet.
