Went there to exchange battery for my laptop .they told me that battery is not available and they will call and send the quotation in the evening for the same .nnBut did not receive any call from them and when I tried to call they keep on telling the same thing that they will call in 5-10 min but I did not recieved any call from themnn(Netcom computers and dell exclusive store is same )
