Pantaloons

It was a good shopping experience as the staff were well behaved and professional.

I bought 3 women kurtas and one plazzo pant from pantaloons kangra store, I want to share the non sincere behaviour of their sales boy and the billing person. they guided me with the false product information and prices. the plazzo I bought was for 599 as told by their sales person which was the discounted price (the original price was 999) and also the price tag mentioned the discounted price i.e 599/- but when I went for billing.. I paid and when after my billing I checked the bill, the amount they deducted was of the another price i.e 799 /- when I asked them about this.. then they just said mam offers change hote rehte hai toh pta nhe chla Hoga sale's boy ko. usne galat bta Diya Hoga.nnThe customer is only suffering from this non sincere behaviour of your staff. Such a unprofessional behaviour!!

Great experience

Store is good but it's for a peoples like me the dresses in store is to much costly eg. T-shirt cost is around 1000rupees or much more depends upon yours choice if this prize is not worth for u and visit here quality of store product is excellent you buy almost the product shoes to chap's

Newly opened store , but lack of variety is there and staff is not professional ..Staff need rigorous training in customer dealing and other management skills
