Before they were good,I used to do business with them, now their customer service is like government bus transport, if you want, you buy....attitude. May be expanding their business has resulted in changed attitude....nAs for phone servicing, would suggest taking second opinion from elsewhere before committing [ this applies to any mobile service co], I lost my 54 k phone due to wrong a advise from them, ofcourse they did refund the service charges..whats the point..its like telling 'operation successful, but the patient died'.
