Very disappointing service. I was trying to contact them in the given number for the past 4 days. They were not picking the call when I tried the first few times. Then I got a call back from them and I told them my need. They told me they are doing home delivery nowadays, so they can deliver the product within a day to my home. Then told me to contact via WhatsApp. The price they told me for the products I asked for was different from their website. I asked about that and then they told me I can purchase from the site then. I try to call them after that and they are not picking up my call. Messaged them on WhatsApp, no reply. Sent a mail regarding this to their customer care. No reply. tried calling their customer care number after a lot of tries, connected once. Told my concerns, the representative told me that they will take care of the things. But no response till now. If it's the way they are treating the customer, it's very pathetic. Please don't fall into the hype.
