Silent Creek Resort and Spa

Best resorts i have visited till now,the receptionists were really helpful.The staff really knew how to serve the customer. the room and service was excellent,view from the balcony was superb , A very good place to relax and chill .The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Should really appreciate the resort management ,extremely satisfied at my stay there ,would definitely prefer it to my friends!

Wonderful experience and the rooms are very good. Rooms are equipped with modern switches 24/7 hot water supply. The best was the hot water shower as it was maintained at the right temperature. Room services are very quick and the staffs are helpful and friendly. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. I never felt like moving out. Enjoyed the stay❣ufe0f

Well,there are some places and certain resorts, you develop instant liking for them. Silentcreek is one such retreat. Service and behaviour of staff are amicable and friendly. We didn't even feel like stepping out of the beautiful resort. They have good facilities to keep you engaged or you could just roam around and enjoy the resort. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Cottages were spacious and had a beautiful view.

The location is superb, good rooms at reasonable price and really enjoyed every moment of our stay. The pool was not cleaned and restaurant was also looking shabby. The food served was average and the staffs were seems to be unprofessional. Another attraction was spa, it was really superb, we both loved a lot. The spa manager was nice and gentle, all staffs were helpful except reception staffs. After booking online through booking.com site I have contacted reception. One lady attended my call, the check in time in site was 12pm- I asked her wether early check in possible. To my utter surprise the lady told me that the check-in time is 1pm and no early check in is permitted. She was very rude and completely terrible. Usually customers will be receiving replies like 'not sure, will try etc. But she was like arguing and she told me that you can cancel booking otherwise, this kind of behavior was totally unexpected. Once we check in everything was smooth and relaxing, overall nice experience, recommend for families

We had wonderful experience at Silent Creek. Hospitality was awesome, friendly staffs and nice food. The ambience also good, resort is located inside forest, a small stream is running inside the resort, view from the rooms are also good. I would suggest this for couple and family.
