Even though the place is calm and is by the side of a quiet and beautiful riverside, it's dangerous to go here because of the bats. Every tree harbours numerous fruit bats which could contain dangerous viruses like Nipah. Keep away.

The best park in Mananthavady. Well maintained and good atmosphere. Parking facility is available and 40 Rs entry fee for one person. Tea and snacks including icecreams available near the ticket counter. Boating ⛵ is available
