Very bad experience I travelled yesterday from Indore to Mandsaur .. bus was very unhygienic like a local bus and they took some unwanted local passengers to fill their empty seats and trouble other passengers who paid more for the same bus.. worst service ever .. no cleaning no sanitization.. I recommend everyone it’s better to travel in local bus which will cost you 200-250 rs rather than spending more money for this chartered bus.

Worst ever experiance. Travelled in bus MP13P7215, Event after premium charges Simply provided KHATARA Bus with No hygiene. I swear not to travel any more in charted buses in any circumstances. Even one star seems injustice itself to star.

Bakwas service, tv not working, damaged Seats, run more than 1 hour late....I suggest don't travel in this.

They don't have rule & regulation of time the bus has to be departured on 6:15 for indore but as usual they didn't have values of times so bus could not depature upto 6:45 ...bad service from mandsaur

They have good seating arrangement for passenger who Wait for the bus. Plus the staff is well behaved and professional
