Basically its an open Cemetry and so far I haven't seen any guards or may be a person who is the caretaker but in general the place stays open almost all the time. There is a statue of "Nandi Bail (Lord Shiva Vehicle according to the literature) ". I don't know the procedure for any process, but if in case you need help I believe you should be good in Chhattisgarhi which is a local language and you can get some help from the people locally for any thing you want to know.
