Not professional and responsive, no one is available to pick the call. After which personally visited for transferring the corporate travel card amount to INR then the person is asking for original passport rather then accepting the scan copies or any other medium. Also, the exchange rates offered are low as Co pared with other Banks . Not at all recommended..

The guy at this place was really help and clean about the terms and conditions. Though I wished that forex rates being applied were reasonable.nTravel card was issues, right away.nOnly required documents were traveller's passport, pan and flight tickets, on whose name the card is being issued.

Forex Dept. If you're dealing with their call centre or Advisors, note that they can contact you but you can't contact them on phone in any eventuality. My experience was poor as their back office had a glitch/calculation error when intimating the local cash dispensing office. It took 45 mins for them to sort out between themselves while I waited patiently. Their forex rates are very competitive but my experience as a customer was disappointing.
