Very bad experience. Made a payment of over Rs 1 lakh in Dec 2019 for a holiday in May 2020. This was cancelled by me in March 2020 due to the ongoing issue. Till now there is no revert on my refund and have been following up for more than 2 months now

We are family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we did a 16days tour around Himachal Pradesh. I requested for adjoining or side by side rooms for my trip. Though I was disappointed with my first night in India as we were on different floors at the hotel but upon contacting Nivalink, I had no such issues through out my stay with the rest of the hotels. The only hotel that was bad was In Shimla. We were given Harmony Blue Mashobra. We were totally disappointed. Firstly, the rooms were filthy, cracked walls, the wood on the bed frames were chipped with sharp edges sticking out. The worst was the nail that was protruding at the enterance into the room which was not visible. It cut into my son’s foot. To make things worst, they wanted us to pay for the heater when it was freaking cold 4 degree. Nevertheless, upon contacting Nivalink, they manage to change our hotel without any hassle. Special thanks to Sonu. She did a great job. Nivalink was very professional in handling whatever issues we had along our trip. Not forgetting our awesome driver, Sushil. He was very alert and cautious driver. A special thanks to him. Thanks for making our trip a plesent one though there were little hiccups.

HI guys ....... it is very hard to express my review as i had realy learn how to do business with this kind people. they were too good at the time of booking, they will treat you as a god and they worship you and oncve you done the payment you are dead man........ yes! you are dead they treat you like dog or i can say worst then that. they don't know how to talk to there customer. They are so rude and annoying, so that you would wish you never been here. it is my request to all of you please do not make payment without knowing the cancellation charges and policy. As a sales person they will hunt you for your order and once you done you need to chase them for every thing. I really had very very bad experience with the sales team. They are just hopeless persons on earth. I really don't wanna give them any star but to post this I have to give them a single star. They are not even worthy of it
