I called the office a lot of times, but after receiving a woman kept the call on the table I can hear the voice of those people talking among themselves But no one is listening to my call I think the woman who picked up the call does not know Hindi and english.. I have recording to all call.. Very bat bad . I don't think it's parts of India post .....

They do not give proper service to thier customers, dont pick Up the calls, my shipment was there still they did not gave it to me saying that the related area postman is not available

It's an industrial estate mostly small & medium scale industries,but now they have converted into office's,do ask someone while coming because it's bit confusing..
