Hello! My name is Olga. I'm from Ukraine. I was sent a parcel from India on March 3, track SM040922277IN. 40 days have already passed, the location of the Mumbai foreign post office. What are the reasons for the delay? Give me an answer! I'd be grateful to you! Thank you!

before i come to visit , i read may reviews about this post office. but i must say.. its totally opposite happen . so much coperative nature all person very good helping hand person. i am very glad and happy with service .

I ordered a parcel and the tracking says currently in Mumbai foreign post office, awaiting departure, it has been stuck there for over 3 months and no update. the merchant refused a refund as it is the post office problem and the post office doesn't seem to care when I lodge enquires on the parcel. These people are thieves

Good service and polite people if you visit personally ...... I sent bike accessories from Dubai to Pune as the accessories not available at Pune dealership (Name of dealership and bike not revealed on purpose). The parcel reached Mumbai foreign office on 20-03-21.....till 05-04-2021 the status was customs hold.....I decided to visit personally despite pandemic situation after reading many reviews that the personal visit do materialize in positive outcome...... I visited the office at Ballard pier area on April 06 and met Mr. Raorane and Mr. Dabhade who helped me tracking the parcel as well as clearing the same with applicable duty on same day even though the parcel would have been cleared on the day I visited automatically as per their information......Both individuals are very honest and I mean that......I had very bad experiences in past dealing with Govt. officials but this visit to Foreign post office changed that view......Generally, any parcel imported to Mumbai office takes 17-20 days to clear as it require personal verification from authorities and to finalize the applicable duties.......so those who are waiting for their stuff to be delivered I would advise them to have patience.....there are good people who are at work to deliver your stuff despite of the ongoing pandemic situation at Mumbai.......

Very poor service by india post. I have posted my documents to canada, I dont know where is my post now. Transit took 45 days still there are no updates.Poor customer service they are not even picking tha call.
