Dr. Needhi guided my recovery from a debilitating ankle injury. Thanks to her support I've gone from not being able to stand for weeks to running endurance again. I've also had recurring lower back slip discs every few years. She has helped me correct my posture. Her approach to recovery has made practicing the exercises sustainable. It helped build core strength that's reflected in my running posture as well. I'm very grateful and I wish I'd reached out years ago.

I didn't even know what was wrong in my body, just had pain everywhere. Turns out my neck's base position wasn't correct. Needhi helped me build strength in the muscles and corrected this position. Highly recommended to visit! You don't know what you don't know.

Visited this clinic following a friend's advice and I was amazed to see the results within the first few weeks. Being a software engineer a lot of time is spent sitting on a chair and without much movement. Some simple exercises were suggested and which has quickly resulted in a lot of improvement.

Dr. Needhi Jain is an amazing doctor with great diagnostic skills. I initially went to her with severe vertigo issues, which she solved quickly. I also go for her pilates classes which has improved my posture. For anyone facing any pains I recommend her.
