Karl residency and happyeasygo are chesters. I had booked karl residency through happyeasygo website. When I reached at hotel and got surprised to see that they tried to give me 2 single beds. I told them to give me double bed as it was written on the website while booking but the manager asked me to pay extra money as it was wrongly written there. When I told them to refund money they told me take it from happyeasy go. And happy easy go says to take it from hotel. Fraud guys.

Good location, but service is not upto the Mark, had to wait for hours for even water delivery, room service is really really slow, ordered water 12am, and we were told kitchen is closed, I mean that is not something you have to cook???nnHad to step outside to get water, otherwise rooms are nice and spacious.
