My Dad's stay at Sir HN hospital was quite the experience in itself. Right from the admission process to the staff and doctors, everyone has just been wonderful throughout my stay. Also they make sure that the food that’s provided to you is According to your preferences and requirements. They go out of their way to make sure that you are at your most comfortable while you recover. Cheers to them for truly making you feel looked after and cared for. Thank you for saving my Dad

I came here with my sister for our first dose of COVISHIELD vaccination.. The arrangements here are up to the mark. There are no unnecessary queues. We were all directed to sit in a tent which was air conditioned. Further, water bottles and biscuits were also available. The vaccination process was also very smooth and the staff is very helpful. All in all our experience was very good and I'd recommend everyone to come here to get vaccinated

I came here with an appointment for my first dose and I am floored by how well managed the whole process is! Each staff members makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed - it was so easy! The ac tents are wonderful to wait in and the staff also provided light snacks. Would recommend this hospital/vaccination center to everyone!

Having any medical emergency in the middle the COVID 19 pandemic is an extremely worrying situation, even more when you have been with family in lock down for the past four months in a new country. After 6 months of arriving to Mumbai, I had appendicitis in the middle of the pandemic and the staff at HN Reliance Hospital, gave me the professional care and reassurance that my family and myself needed to feel safe and in good hands. Before arriving to the hospital, I received instructions about who to contact at my arrival and the specialist that was going to treat me. Following protocols, I arrived on my own and staff were waiting at the lobby to take me immediately to ER, where examination and testing swiftly took place and our suspicions were confirmed. COVID 19 procedures were in place, staff wore full PPE all the time, proper testing done at the right time. From ER, across to the team of duty sisters (nurses) that took daily care of me for four days, were very professional and caring at all times. I was impressed by the state of art facilities, in particular the operation theatre units, energy efficient building and the interest from management to hear your feedback.nnThe Hospital, Dr Vyas and dietitian Dr Shah kept in communication with my family. They were properly informed during the procedure and in preparation to leave the Hospital.nnI am extremely grateful to HN Reliance Hospital medical staff and facilities for the swift and excellent care I received, it certainly eased the pace and gave assurance to my family and myself in a difficult moment.nnA beacon of medical care and quality in the middle of hectic's Mumbai City Center.
