No customer care service. Nobody picks call .nPathetic service . They do not call or msg when monthly subscription expires. and if you transfer money they will not reactivate without 3-4 reminders. Company owner is super arrogant. He never picks call and his technicians even can not speak hindi properly.nnP.S. Those giving 5 star ratings are owner's family only.nndo not recommend .

Internet is good but owner Dhananjay doesn’t bother in replying back for calls, doesn’t attend the call only one number provided that too busy all time and even if it rings no body answers that

Worst service ever they are worst in the commitment also n never answer the call they don't have audacity to answer the call they don't understand the importance of the time they don't even what is customer service cyclone aa kar bhi chala gya but inke pass se gye nhi abhi takh

Worst ever Internet in VersovanAj hamara 3 din se internet band hainAnd they have given us 4 number to contact in any problem any time(When they have come to installing Wifi)nBut I have been calling them hundred of time from various number but they have not picking up my single phone and also they have blocked me iin my other 3 mobilen1 star toh phir bhi bohot jada de diya menenIsse kaam koi star nhi hain(Google please 1 star se kam star nikalo)
