Overall it is a good farm house. You can not call it as a resort because you will have lot of facilities and amenities in resort that are not available in this so call resort.nnBelow are my Honest Feedbacks divided in 3 categoriesnGood:nAmple Place for sit outnDirect Access to the Beach (rock beach)nNice bench arrangement attached to the sea beachnTasty Food arrangement by Deepak ChoglenThe property is surrounded by lot of coconut trees and other plantsnnBad:nNo staff to manage the guest.nNo Pantry or canteen for food, tea, coffee.nThe property is bit old and not maintained properly.nThe tariff is bit high compared to other good hotels.nnWorst:nBath Room was very dirty and stinkynnSuggestion to the property owner:nHave some good staffs to maintain the property and manage the guest. Keep the rooms Clean and fresh before & after every check-in & check-out

Good place to visit the care taker is very polite and very good. The service is very fast and good.nBeech facing cottages for couple and ample of place to Rome around and partying.

This place is nearest to kashid beach and sea face cottage make people joyous.

Outer space good with near by sea shore but washroom was not cleaned properly. Not sure about bed sheets...
