This place is awesome and I am planning my next visit in upcoming month already. It is very peaceful, clean and good service. No mobile network unless you have Jio, but it was best for me. So happy to not receive any calls and able to enjoy the nature at fullest. There is a river nearby where you can go and do fishing. We tried fishing but we couldn't find any fish due to lack of experience but next time, we are planning to catch many.nnWe also did barbecue in the night which was best experience of whole trip. Staff was very supportive and owner sounds good too. Food was good but needs little bit pricy so work on pricing if possible. I would recommend this place for friends, couples and families. I still day dream about this place. It was magnificent!! We lived in Tree house and it was rustic as it should be.nnI saw some review with complaints of insects and dust, dude, you in forest, what else you expect over there? It's not 3 or 5 star resort. We didn't notice any insect or anything. There are two options, one is tree house and another is well build 2 floor building. Please speak with owner about your choices. Owner is very supportive!!

A Hidden Gem... Highly RecommendednnA great place for nature-loving souls to unwind. Just a 5-minute walk from the riverbanks. A lot of birds and butterflies in the area, if you enjoy bird-spotting. The adventure-sports spot is close enough. The property also has in-house activities if you want a dose of adventure without leaving the premises.nnThe room was neat and tidy with a scenic view. The food is prepared on traditional wood-fired stoves and is simply delicious.nnA special thanks to the warm and convivial host, Mr Raju Amrute who was always there to take care of us. (We were travelling with a 15-month-old baby.) Mr Amrute was also gracious enough to give us a tour of his gardens and farms. Lucky for us that we arrived on the day of turmeric harvesting.nnAll in all, a very refreshing experience and one of the most memorable trips I've had in a long time.

Lack of communication/Misunderstanding : Shubham, the person who books the place is not in sync with the owner of the place Mr Amrute. Shubham said the upgrade to side villa would be free of cost, whereas Mr Amrute denied that claim and charged for it.nnAccuracy: The pictures of the room are deceiving. They do not show the ever entire room with the two beds. The rooms are much smaller than they appear. Though they mention wifi, there is no wifi, they only give you a Jio dongle which doesn’t work.nnCleanliness: Layer of mold/fungus under the bed. Our poor dog’s back was covered with it. I understand it’s in the nature and expect insects , but flying cockroaches?? Adventurous part was spotting a snake on the window sill.nnFood: Well this made up for most of the discomfort. Dinner was amazing, all credit to Mintoo ji.nnLocation: Ideal for weekend getaway. Nearby Kondelika river is accessible. But will not visit here again or recommend this place to my friends.nnInternet (Work from Home): No network for Airtel, Vodafone. 2G/3G for Jio, not sufficient to even make calls at times.

Situated amidst Nature, this farm stay is a good option for a gateway weekend. Amazing place to stay with a group of either friends or family. The food was superb and the staff's hospitality in these tough times is also commendable.
