Its next to best. Food, nothing like it and meet our guy JAYESH over there, he is an amazing bell boy.nIts fun, i wholeheartedly recommend this place. Going here since it started. Fully secure and hygienic

Stayed for 2 days. This is my 3rd time I stayed. Rooms are excellent. Staff is cooperative. Specially owner Mrunal Naik is personally available full time. He is also so much friendly.

Good for stay....Beach is too close to hotel ...Sea food not good as compare with other hotels....Staff service is good.

I am glad to share the experience as Naik Cottage was the best place i have ever stayed...rooms, staff, hygiene, area, security, budget everything was so best and if your planning with family and small kids you can directly book here. One stop solution for all requirements. Special thanx to Mrunal Naik (owner) a down to earth and humble person handling everything from kitchen to rooms till hygiene in his personal attention..must say the best holiday spent till date...thank u to all associated with Naik Cottage.nHighly recommendable place..ud83dude0anSmall sugestion of improving food.

Nice place to stay. Very close to beach.nnPros: Clean, spacious & well maintained rooms with basic amenities, friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned daily. Mrunal Naik (owner) personally ensures everything is up to the mark.nnCons: Although there is space at the centre to play outdoor games, same space is used for parking. Place becomes conjusted once all the rooms are full i.e. around 10 cars are parked.nFood quality should be improved.
