I had booked the hotel and also paid in advance. When me and my friends reached at the hotel for checkin they said that they don't have room and the hotel room was under maintenence. I spoke to the oyo customer care and complained about this. I got the refund after 12 days but our holiday was spolied because I had no clue, I had no email or call or message that the hotel will be under maintenence. When I had already paid in advance for the 3 day stay. Worst experience at oyo nisarg. Also, the manager and the staff of the oyo nisarg is careless and don't value customer.

Amazing place in the middle of nature. Located in an isolated place, very calm and perfect place to get together with friends. Nice for groups of 10-14, better to plan ahead and book the entire place. The caretaker is brick. So friendly, and will make sure that you have all what you need.
