As discussed earlier with Dr Manish.nHe told us that medical charges will be charge on Medi-claim (cash less)nBut now he is not taking any responsibility related to this. Saying you need to pay ₹40,000 on cash basis’s.nNow he is giving me suggestions to visit Medi City and take 3 lakh package.nIf you did not have a Medi-claim facility then why lied to us.nVery Bad experience with your service. You have charge ₹40,000 to me but there is no relief to me.

I went there to consult Mr. Manish Gautam, skin specialist , two times (second time for follow up) . My experience is the lady sitting on reception doesnt know how to respond to a patient she was continuously on call and not even listening properly what we want to say.nDoctor's time is 5:00 PM to 06:00 PM but he will not come before 06:00 PM.nWho doesn't care about time I don't think they should be rated '0' ...nConsultation wise he is ok.nAnd yes despite having swiping machine they won't swipe card.nSo if after reading this you really want to go for consultation, carry cash.
