Though I had not visited personally the shop, but the help and suggestion that I got was really overwhelming. The staff guided me and helped me in making my online purchase which has really changed my perception about furniture purchase from pepperfry. Nice shop with a helpful staff to show you around. They do not have a large physical display but you can check out the products on a large TV and decide. They had a lot of discounts on offer nownKharghar staff helped us Decide on the product. A good experience.

The customer service and approach of staff Mr Vijay at kharghar branch is really commendable. He understands the customers needs and tries his best to offer the best price..This approach makes the customer so homely that he will always be coming to pepperfry for any furniture/ furnishing needs..

Having been a user of Pepperfry's furniture and visited Pepperfry's Vashi store multiple times , I looked forward for a yet again fruitful visit from a Pepperfry store at Kharghar but alas, I was left greatly disappointed. We had visited their Kharghar store on a saturday afternoon in a non-peak hour and yet were treated with utter callousness. Not an iota of interest in treating their customer or even checking with the customer for the requirement. Studio Pepperfry at Kharghar is degrading its brand big time.

Have sleek and very contemporary designs of furniture in wide variety.nThey are suitable for the flats in the near by areas. Purchasing from them is worth as they look as if to the furnitures are custom made for my house.
