Dissatisfactory experience. Ordered flowers in advance for a Birthday with a promised time slot of 9am - 2pm. Get a call and then a mail at 2:30pm on the supposed delivery date stating that the ordered flowers aren't available.nSmacks of incompetence. I think I'll stick to FnP henceforth...nnUpdate:nThe flowers have arrived albeit later than planned. The received bouquet (Pic 2) is definitely not as pretty as the one ordered (Pic 1) but considering the general lockdown conditions it still is something to be cheerful about. Rating's been updated!

Extremely careless management!!nThe number posted in the images uploaded requires patient to be paid by Google Pay and then the person on the other end abuses the customer. A friend of mine had to suffer explicit comments from a person paint as their staff. The person also sent a barcode which tried to phish ₹19506 from my friends account. Such carelessness in maintaining their own business and customer service. I am unable to post a photo of the fraudulent transaction but won't be surprised if there is a current or ex employee behind this.

Pathetic customer service, this team is not even capable of sending quote for ten customized mugs even after so many follow ups. Everytime I call them, I have to repeat what I am looking for.nFolks if you want to buy something which is worth your money & time, kindly do not ever go with FlowerAura. They do not value clients time, even by mistake I would never suggest this vendor to anyone.

Horrible service. Pathetic customer service.once the order is placed,nobody cares. No one to answer calls,chat etc. Ordered a cake for my sisters bday along with a teddy bear. Cake was delivered but not the teddy.also,with the cake somebody else's greeting card was attached. How can you be so careless? I was promised the teddy would be delivered this morning,however no response at all.nnWould not recommend anyone else to ruin their day by ordering from this place.nnUpdated.just called the customer support.after waiting for 10 mins they informed i should recieve the teddy today. However,they cannot send the greeting card and can give a credit note for 100 rs. Is it a joke? Do they even understand emotions or the occassion?nnPlease DO NOT ORDER from this place. Its a nightmare.
