Power outage since wed 5th aug afternoon.. No proper response from the customer service desk.. No one has any idea when the power will get restored.. Rude n unprofessional behaviour.. Pathetic service.. These guys only know to charge hefty rates to customer and dont want to provide services.. MSEDCL what a shame ... Not even worth one star rating for their services. I hope i could give them ZERO.. Seriously that is what they are worth..
