Excellent services. 1. Staff behaviour and interactions are excellent, environment seems like one has been visiting a 5 star hotel.Decorative and furnishing gives a sense of mental peace after a hectic hospital rush. 2. Prices could have been more competitive.

First they are expensive. Even knowing that I went there to get quick service. As expected I was told my report will be ready in 2 hours. Fair enough. The main centre, where I went was clean and systematic. I asked about the online report in advance as I was not able to collect from the centre. They said positively it will be available on the website after two hours. Very precisely I got an SMS after two hours that my report will be available in 30mins in web as well as in app. Since then I am trying to download the report with the User ID and password that were provided to me but without any success. I tried to reach them multiple times on landline as well as mobile number that’s provided in the website, but they are not picking. Now I am in my doctor’s clinic and without report.

Please don't go ever there for any pathology/microbiology tests, I visited on 11/11/2020 at Hinoo cullection centre for Pus Culture Sensitivity Test and sample given from the Left Knee tibial tunneling site post ACL Reconstruction (2019) and was suffering recurrent infection with a Boil/Postul formation fill with Pus and hemolyted blood. On 13/11/20 I got a report that shows" No aerobic growth after 24hrs of culture". Which is a fake and wrong report and can not be possible. Generally the Pus culture sensitivity report takes 3 days. I gave sample at 12.30 pm on 11/11/20 and they gave me the report at 6.00 pm on 13/11/20. Being a Pharmacist I suggest you please don't waste your money and time by going there

Very neat and clean pathology. I satisfied from report. In the name of quality, expenses are little. I believe in quality.
