horrible experience ud83eudd26 don't buy any vehicle from any of bafna motors showroom. I booked tata altroz XT in January 2021 but still i didn't get delivery of it. they told me you'll get it in 10 days , 15 days now its over 3 month. They ask you to do payment as early as possible to receive vehicle early even TSM (Territory Sales Manager) at tata motors of our region told me that they buy vehicle from other dealership

I had booked Tata Tiago XE October 2020 model. Today I went for the PDI wherein I saw the odometer reading to be 350kms. These people drove the car by road from Pune to Ratnagiri without my permission. Such an unethical and careless behavior from this people. Not even worth a star rating.

Do not by buy tata vehicle from bafna as they do not provide service specialy GM of bafna he doest know how to talk with customer .nnBelow are point u will notice while givening ur vehicle to bafna service centernn*They charge heavy advanc deposits while giving ur vehicle for macanical work as no other company charge.n*They do not mark any scratches mark /pectrol mark on jobslipn*No receipt sr no number on job slipn*Chiplun service center is unauthorised service centern*Though u r having cashless insurance bafna service force u to give heavy advancn*Every representative of bafna will give u different replyn*More point to highlight will do in future

Worst place to put your vehicle for repair!!! Catastrophic place i would call... Cheaters, asking for advance amount to repair vehicle in spite of being a cashless insurance policy holder, should be given negative ratings. Tata Motors should kick them out of the business respectively as Bafna Motors is spoiling Tata Motors name & value!!! #Badservicebafnamotors #tatamotorsindia #cheaters
