This has got to be the BEST location for a college. I mean its literally on top of a waterfall! And top of the clouds! Damn.

We had a glimpse of this place on our visit to Jiva resorts. It is still halfway under construction and from what I heard from the local people, the grants for completing the construction are yet to be released. Hoping the government takes action on this issue soon!
