It can be said No delivery service is provide at all. Even after 1 week of arrival of parcel at Aizawl,they do not contact their customers, the customers themselves need to contact them and yet, not delivered.Home-Delivery of parcel is their duty. Hope the higher authorities of safexpress looks into the failure of Safexpress Aizawl Branch.

I suggest you not to use this courier if you have a big parcel they dont deliver to your doorstep you have to pay extra money for pickup ..

I trust them and use their service to ship my motorcycle. At the destination, When i open the packing wrap my custom morimoto led headlamp worth 6800 was not there.nIt's a shame that the safe express aizawl could let that happen. They lost/steal some parts of the product they ship.nFor anyone shipping motorcycle in future, i advise you to unplug any expensive mods you put which are easy to access and unplug.nSuch an unprofessional.nP.S. the manager himself by google name sujit singh has rated 5 star in google review, pathetic. XD

The worst service ever .did even know the reason they get their salary is because of their customers. They never pick up call too.. Do you damn job rightnAnd also the worst manager to ever exist. Worst worst worst
